 The crunchy yogurt bowl 



Do you like a quick, easy, delicious breakfast? I know I do that, which is why I have come up with this recipe. It is healthy, at least a bit, quick, and easy.  It combines high-protein yogurt with antioxidants, vitamins C, and fiber-filled strawberries.

Ingredients

1/3 cup organic whole milk plain Greek yogurt

4 large organic strawberries 

1/4 cup organic sprouted walnuts 

2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips 

Directions 

1. Place yogurt in your bowl

2. Top with washed strawberries, walnuts, and choclet chips

3. Get a spoon and enjoy


Notes 

I wash my strawberries in Lugols' Iodine to make sure there is no harmful bacteria

I soak walnuts in warm water, which makes them taste fresher 

I used Stonyfield yogurt
