Overnight oatmeal

Ingredients

2/3 cup organic gluten-free rolled oatmeal

2 tablespoons organic chia seeds

2 cups almond milk 

1/3 cup organic grass-fed yogurt 

2 tablespoons organic A-grade maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract 

You can top with organic fresh or frozen berries/fruit, seeds, nuts, cinnamon, or low-sugar chocolate chips.  


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a leak-proof jar and store in the fridge overnight. This is a great thing to meal prep!
