Roasted Asparagus

 


Ingredients

One bunch of organic asparagus

Two tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil

A pinch of Celtic salt

Directions

1. Trim stems off of asparagus, just enough so that you can chew it

2. Rinse 

3. Place them on the pan and dress them

4. Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for twenty minutes

Notes 

I suggest using parchment paper under the asparagus so it does not stick to the pan. 

One trick is to snap the Asparagus stems off, but this takes more than just the fibrous part off, so I am not a fan.
