Chocolate hemp seed and berry smoothie

 


Would you like a cold chocolatey berry smoothie? Then you should make this delicious smoothie. It is filled with proteins from goat's milk and hemp seeds and is high in antioxidants from the berries. It is like eating dessert! 


Ingredients 

1 banana

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 (15g) scoop of grass-fed goat milk protein

1 (10g) scoop of organic collagen peptides

1 teaspoon of organic Jerusalem artichoke powder

3/4 cup mixed berries (cherry, blueberry, and strawberries)

1/2 cup almond milk

2 teaspoons of hemp seeds


Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender, I suggest placing the banana and milk at the bottom. Blend and enjoy! :)
