Almond spelt waffles

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups of soy or almond milk

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1 cup almond flour

1 cup spelt flour

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder

coconut oil 


DIRECTIONS

  1. For your wet ingredients: Crack two eggs into your bowl

  2. Mix in vanilla extract, 1 cup of milk, and avocado oil

  3. Set the wet-ingredient bowl to the side

  4. In a dry ingredient bowl: mix together your almond and spelt flour

  5. Then mix in salt 

  6. Lightly mix in your baking powder

  7. Mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients 

  8. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into your waffle maker and put toppings on top before closing the lid 

  9. Cook until golden    

  10. Enjoy!!
