INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of soy or almond milk
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 cup almond flour
1 cup spelt flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
For your wet ingredients: Crack two eggs into your bowl
Mix in vanilla extract, 1 cup of milk, and avocado oil
Set the wet-ingredient bowl to the side
In a dry ingredient bowl: mix together your almond and spelt flour
Then mix in salt
Lightly mix in your baking powder
Mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into your waffle maker and put toppings on top before closing the lid
